I've noticed you before, but never said anything. Who knows why? Maybe because we have this unofficial business relationship. Why is it taboo to cross the line in a business relationship? I guess because business shouldn't be mixed with pleasure. But please look at it from a single woman's perspective. First and foremost, black men are hard to come by. Especially attractive, single and straight ones. So when you find one, you can't but help notice them. Second of all, when you do business with people, you learn a lot about their integrity. When someone does business fair, they have good character. Thirdly, you work very closely to those you do business with. Hence, the attraction. It's hard for an attractive woman and man to be friends. I mean it might start out that way, but it almost always leads to more. Which I guess brings me to today's rant. I was speaking to a male co-worker of mine, and we were discussing the whole you shouldn't deal with co-workers and friends and stuff... I feel as though if you like someone, you like them. And since none of us are getting any younger, what the hell? But I do feel like committed folks should stay clear of co-workers and friends... An office romance combined with a relationship can be dangerous... Even for a player. It can lead to people getting fired, and that's just whoa!
I might say something to you, but I gotta see where your head is...Who knows?
