You....

Thoughts of you stir my inner being.
As my mind transgresses back to another time, I see memories of yesteryear and yesterday intertwined. And the chemistry that makes its presence ever known rears its’ head at every possible opportunity. And as I stand close to you I feel heat…Even though your mind says cold…For I know the cold is just a facade and underneath all that cold is so much flame.

The slightest touch or the faintest whisper evokes passion of a third degree. My eyes see colors of purples, reds and blues whenever they lay sight on you. And all those colors in one person’s aura can only represent hot, cool, calm and profound.

As I try to explain all the floods of emotion, it never comes out quite right…I really don’t know what to say, how to say, or why I’m saying it. I ask for patience as my heart explodes onto you…The complex nature of my deepest passions can only be viewed as confusion by you…But I’m not confused at all. I know exactly what I want and what all this represents…As you run I chase, I become bewildered by your contradiction. Not knowing what to make of the hesitation. Feeling paralyzed by confrontation. Praying for relaxation and hoping I’m not causing vexation. All these things equate my fascination with you. Your demeanor mimics a quiet storm. I’m caught in the whirlwind of your daily cycle… And one second, minute, hour, day, or week doesn’t go by without me breathing you, living you, wanting you…

I got my son an Easter Basket this year. I had someone from my job make it. I filled it with match box cars, a movie, a game cube game, some candy and a coloring book. My son doesn't like chocolate, so the candy is minimal. Easter is a wonderful time of the year. I don't know if I agree with the Easter Bunny and colored eggs, but hey, to each his own. Easter is the time when Jesus Died and Easter Sunday represents the day Jesus resurrected. The death of Christ is a controversial and very important event in history. Some believe that Christ was just a man, and some believe Christ is the savior. Whatever the case, there aren't too many folks that dispute Christ. He did exist and he's a part of history. The Bible documents his arrival and departure on this earth. And if you're not Christian, then you should still celebrate the life and death of this important man. If we can all celebrate the King Holiday, then why can't we all celebrate the birth and death of Christ. Just a thought.
